Mission
My mission will be to provide services from a comprehensive developmental counseling program to ensure that every student will have the knowledge and skills necessary for academic/vocational success and personal growth. I will work hard to empower students to embrace their full potential and become competent members of an everchanging world.
Services
I will be specially trained to assist students in maximizing their abilities through academic, vocational/career, and personal/social development. This will be done through the following ways:
- Guidance
- Individual Student Planning
- Responsive Services
- Supportive System Improvement
My goals as a school counselor will be to:
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Serve as a student advocate
- Provide classroom guidance
- Provide leadership/activities to enhance academic, vocational/career, and personal/social skills
- Consult with students, teachers, parents, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Ongoing assessment and interpretation of data
